Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all parts included.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or assembled. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition as received, unused, with all parts included, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping within Canada

  • Free Standard Shipping (Limited-Time Launch Offer): Available within Canada. Remote areas may incur an additional surcharge; if so, we will contact you before shipping.
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch):
    • Major cities & metro areas (e.g., GTA, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal): 2–6 business days
    • Most other locations: 3–8 business days
    • Remote/rural areas & Territories: 5–12 business days (may take longer during peak seasons)
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
